SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Pali Nana Farms, we strive to ship our chocolate as quickly as possible. We use FedEx and USPS Priority to ship throughout the United States (no international shipments yet - sorry for the inconvenience). We generally ship all our orders on Mondays to avoid having the packages sitting at a post office over the weekend. We also use special packaging to prevent chocolate from melting.
In the summer months, shipping chocolate is particularly challenging. If the temperature in your area is above 88F, we can’t guarantee that your chocolate won’t arrive partially melted. Partly melted chocolate is still safe to eat, and the flavors and taste of it won’t be affected. Upon receiving your chocolate (particularly during summer months), it’s best to put it in a refrigerator for 15-20 min and then keep it away from direct sun.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns of our chocolate. If your chocolate arrived damaged, please contact our team at email@example.com. Please include a photo of the damage, order number and the best phone number to reach you. Our team will review each claim on a case by case basis. Chocolate may not be tampered with or consumed. Thank you!
Privacy of our guests and customers are the outmost priority at Pali Nana Farms. As such, we will never sell or share your personal information. We will use your information to process your order or share our farm updates (if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter).
